The food good but I thought the waiter was off hand and rude but you seem to be all over my girlfriend couldn't do enough for her and don't want to do anything for me so I think you should talk to that way to is a taller fella with dark hair air and the Beard sort the night really don't know if I'll go back there again

We came to La Locanda for my friend's 70th birthday treat, and we were so impressed with the service, food and atmosphere. It was so lovely to be treated so respectfully and having never been before we would definitely go again based on this visit! We were a party of Four tonight at the Restaurant. My wife ordered a medium cooked fillet with pepper sauce. The steak was so hard and looked as frozen and the cut was far from what we used to get as it did not look like a cut of fillette migion .. it was dark grey from inside Not pink.I tried a bit but had to spit it out… We are customers for the last 30+ years and were never dissatisfied with Meats as this time. 🍴

Lovely decor and nice welcome. Very smart waiters and waitress. Loved the Christmas decorations and trees. My food was lovely, unfortunately my mum had a fish risotto was very bland no taste. The desserts where nice and the lemon drink we had for after was nice.I know it was Christmas eve but staff didn t pay attention to customers who wanted attention, not very attentive Staff where pleasant though.

Spoilt for choice on Italian eateries in the locality - we chose La Locanda Del Duca and were not disappointed. Highly recommended with staff friendly and helpful. Eating from the set menu the choices were good, the food plentiful and tasty. The service was fast paced but all staff were attentive. If visiting Eastbourne would definitely head back there.
