Everyone is always SO friendly and helpful. I made a number of visits in 2015, and one was to have gold from an old ring of my dad's incorporated into a ring for my son's 21st - it was amazing, and just what I had requested. I always request a gift card from Chatfields for Christmas, and will be making a visit shortly for more goodies. Highly recommended and certainly a must visit.
