Very nice, we did the walk around the outside which was good with some lovely views, only 4 miles so not too long starting from the Bulls Head pub. Recommend this walk to anyone.

Beautiful castle and grounds, didn't get to do the guided tour as fully booked when arrived. Unsure if you can book ahead but would recommend you if you can. Definitely worth a visit.

Beautiful - helpful staff. Go on the tour - informative and interesting and the guide knew a lot and could answer questions well. Very complex history which reflects England's history. Well worth a visit. Apparently there is a Medieval day in August which I hope to get back for.

Prachtige en uitgebreide tuinen die de prijs van £6 P.p meer dan waard zijn. Voor £3 ga je mee op rondleiding door het kasteel, zeker de moeite waard!

Really good day out, did not expect it to be so enjoyable.<br>We took our 3 year son who loved the gardens. We don't a little puzzle finding hidden animals dotted about the gardens.<br>Unfortunately the tour is not really designed for younger children, lots of standing about listening to the guide.<br>Whilst this was very enjoyable and informative I would not suggest it for younger children. However for £3 per person it's the best value tour I've been on for a long while.
