Although it rained I had a great experience and really enjoyed the work and the social side of the experience. I love my weekly Yoga session with Safia. It has helped me greatly with my balance, core strength and flexibility. I go to a gentle class, which suitable for everyone and Safia gives us options to change a yoga positions to make it more suitable for the individual. I don’t know why I didn’t start yoga earlier.

They offer a range of classes for all ages and abilities, including yoga for children. It's a lovely studio and very well situated. All the teachers are great and given there are lots of them they seem to run the business extremely efficiently. They even make the most of our beautiful Eastbourne location by having classes on the beach. They really focus on mental health as well in a number of the classes. And they do a community yoga session which is donation payment only - all of which goes to charity.

I run Circus classes here, and I have to say not only is the Yoga Life a beautiful, calm and welcoming space for participants, they are accommodating, organised and supportive of all who use the space to teach in. I have never felt so welcome as an outside practitioner. Thank you Yoga-Life :)

I love this theatre and its management team. From every seat you get a great view of some incredible shows along with an abundance of local talented performers. The front of house team are always welcoming, the bar area is well stocked, its clean, warm and welcoming what more could you want. Eastbourne at it's best.
