Thank you so much Alex at Chatfields for the above and beyond design and delivery of the wonderful bespoke necklace designed from my late mums engagement ring. The ring had been sitting in a box, knowing I wanted to keep it for sentimental reasons but also wanting to wear it in some way. The perfect result was to work together to design it as a necklace. The service throughout was professional, personable and efficient and it was important to me to have the security of working with a reputable jewellers as well as receiving a personable and sensitive approach when dealing with an item of jewellery that has such sentimental value and Alex was brilliant throughout. They are skilled at carpentry so this made what could have been a disaster a very successful outcome. Ben and James are polite and extremely patient. Will definitely use again.
