The job was simple enough from a design perspective but what Monika brought with her was flexibility and intelligence to design the conversion in such a way in compliance with the local authority's guidelines. I had an expectation but she was able to bring that expectation to a reasonable reality. Furthermore she was able to keep on top of the anticipated objections from neighbours to deliver the project in reasonable good time. I found Monika easy to deal with, direct, professional with reasonable professional fees. I have her already lined up for my next extension project - highly recommend

Monika was recommended to us for our loft conversion and ground floor extension and has been fantastic throughout the whole process. From start to finish she has been professional, knowledgable and extremely helpful, advising us on everything from legal requirements to making design changes. Not only this but the builders have asked who we used as they’ve been so impressed with the drawings and how thorough she is - they have also gone on to recommend her for other jobs now. We also had an issue with Southern Water that could have potentially put a stop to the ground floor extension but Monika managed to sort this out as quickly and efficiently as she could given that they weren’t overly responsive or helpful! Thanks again Monika, we will definitely be using you in the future!
