Took a bird here, though its very difficult to find as it's not signed clearly, the staff were amazing, clearly knew their stuff and it was a lovely clean place. Very happy to leave a donation, which wasn't asked for by the way

Called them early in the morning because an owl had come down our chimney & was sitting in our woodburner. Lovely people, reassuring, sent someone out within a couple of hours. They took the owl in an animal ambulance, to be looked after until they would release it back within the same area. So impressed. Don't know what we'd have done without them.

Thankyou to the two lovely ladies who came to rescue a pigeon this evening that I managed to catch and bring it inside, the pigeon was next to a very busy road just on the grass by the curb. They arrived within 30 minutes to the call at 6.30pm tonight. Quickly they looked at the pigeon told me its canker, that hopefully it would recover with treatment. Also they told me to call in 1 week to hear the outcome.

Amazing people you all are, very inspiring 👍👍

WELLDONE!!!!

Thank you for getting the fledgling Jackdaw out from behind the bedroom chimney breast. His Mum was cheeping for him. It was awful. I cannot say how relieved I feel.
