2nd visit to the Crown and Anchor Public House , along the Marine parade just of the sea front.
First chance to taste the choices of food on the menu and specilas on the chalk board inside.Order at bar then enjoy a really tasty meal with good size portions.

Nicely situated on the front service was fast and delivered with a efficent manner plenty of staff in the bars waiting on staff very friendly with a pleasant approach good menu good price would return when next in the area

Very friendly manager and staff. Decent selection of real ales (Olde Trip bitter was very tasty). Good pub food, but be aware that they do BIG portions.

Sorry I can't vouch for the food. The menu looked very good as well as the dishes that were brought to other tables. It was a little pricey. I had reservations for a restaurant at Sovereign Harbour that night.

Friendly local food was lovely, reasonably priced. We went on a Sunday evening and Karoke was on did not sing but was fun and enjoyable to sing a long.

Crowded and noisy on the Friday night. 45 minutes wait for food but excellent when it (Lamb shanks) came. Great variety of accompanying vegetables all cooked perfectly. Varied menu, large portions, reasonably priced.

I have eaten here a few times and the last time been two weeks ago, amazing little pub. Staff are very nice and very friendly.
They will put your card behind the bar and keep a tab open for you.Food is always nice and on a nice day it's nice to sit outside.
