You have to ask for your room to be cleaned, only one small lift working, would recommend asking for a room on the in floors as my wife and I had to walk up four floors and we are both in our late 70's not good ,staff friendly food good

Great location and very comfortable, spacious room with a spectacular ocean view.
There are some repairs that need to be made to the lifts. I found several elder patrons with walkers waiting for an elevator that never came. And the second one was not functioning at all.

Great location and reasonable value, but set your expectations low
Great location on Eastbourne seafront. Has its own space limited car park - £6 per day. Good value breakfast (esp if purchased the previous evening). Lots of lounge space
Major issue with only one working tiny lift (more space in an average wardrobe) for a hotel with guest rooms on floors 1-4 … completely unacceptable. Rooms are small and have tired decor and stained carpets. Beds are comfortable but small. Hotel needs major investment / refurbishment internally and externally.
