The Burlington Hotel
We had arrange of breakfasts when my husband and were there all ok but the cooked breakfast could do better.
The room was ok big enough and bathroom was good friendly staff and as we went just after lockdown they all a bit short staffed and I hope they get things together in the next few weeks, I will forgive them for that.
My rating will stand at the moment

Stayed in a huge comfy room with a sea view - nicely decorated with local art on the walls and great views. I was a bit worried when we walked in to reception as it felt very dated but the rooms are more modern than the public areas!

I've not personally stayed here but my relatives have and they love it here. It's been recently refurbished which instantly puts it ahead of many other hotels in Eastbourne. Add that it right next to the pier, has great views, marvelous entertainment and all for a reasonable price. It's not 5 star in the traditional fashion so I've not given it 5.

Came here via Shearings and the place is good for 3 stars food is good and the staff are all very good. The hotel itself is a bit dated even though many rooms have been refurbished. We were on the 4th floor and the water pressure is pretty non existent with poor water hardly wetting you in the shower. But all in all a very nice weeks stay.

Won't be returning, very outdated and our friends were kept awake all night by noisey men in room underneath, rang reception at 4.30 and they fobbed us off by saying they didn't know where the noise was coming from. Staff couldn't care less
