Hotel is tired and in need of investment unfortunately, however, this reflects on the price and what I paid for four nights was a bargain !!

This was the third time we have stayed at The Burlington and is our go to hotel in Eastbourne. Excellent location, value for money, fantastic customer service and rooms. Always a great break away when staying here. Well done Burlington, keep up the brilliant work and see you again in a few months time!

Was ok for a one night stay, bed was comfortable, room was warm, breakfast was good!
Don’t think I would stay again which is a shame as Hotel is lovely building with high ceilings and staff friendly.
It just felt a bit run down needs new carpets, painting. Horrible stain on carpet in my room looking like a burn mark let the room down and window wasn’t sound proof heard rain running down like a shower all night

Hotel looks tired both internally and externally. Even though the room was reasonably priced elements were disappointing. Bathroom was tiny. Limescaled shower, chipped tiles, marks on the wall. Perfect location by the sea, but the hotel needs an overhaul.
