This was our second birthday weekend at the Burlington and hopefully we'll be back next November too.
It wasn't a problem but on either of our 3 day visits our room wasn't made up but after visiting reception our teas and coffees were replenished along with the toilet rolls, and Sarah was very helpful when I mentioned the curtains were hanging off she got someone to repair them while we were out. Thank you Sarah.

Location was good for us.
The Ben was comfortable and everything we needed was there. The room and actually the entire hotel is a bit tiered and need of renovation. It was clean and tidy but one of these big old once grand hotels that is showing its age.

The location is excellent. The staff were inviting, always pleasant and helpful. Our room was comfortable and warm . We enjoyed the entertainment.
I think the front and particularly the back entrance need some smartening up.
