Good value for money. A beautiful old hotel which unfortunately needs renovation. But we enjoyed our stay anyway.

Very tired bedrooms, nice view if they cleaned the windows
Paid for superior double room, bed uncomfortable as seemed raised at bed foot. Sticky gaffer tape on side of bed. Very creaky floor (understand old building) but felt we tiptoed around as noisy and thought of the rooms below. Lifts didn't work on one occasion and had to walk down and stairwell was smelling of paint. Breakfast ok but not great. Chose as dog friendly.
See above comments. All smokers stood in doorway entrance. Need sign as no smoking on premises

I liked it was right near the beach and near town and pier. Had a very nice large room with sea view . Breakfast was ok. Also had entertainment on the weekend.
The hotel bit tired from the outside and old but clean. The room was ok but could have been cleaned better. Nothing major.
