I left a voice message overnight for an injured down at my balcony and they came for the rescue the next morning. Very speedy, efficient and friendly people doing amazing work. Apparently it was a baby dove who lost its mother and it is now going to the sanctuary to stay with the other babies.

Good breakfast, great value for money. My single room was a good size, but the bed wasn't great. The bathroom, was also fine, although the shower had very poor pressure. For the money, it is absolutely fine - just don't have unrealistic expectations!

Location and Price are excellent , my single room was great and had a sea view - obviously because of the current weather it was very hot ! But there was a fan . Parking on first come first serve basis was understandable and convenient .
Breakfast was excellent value and good .
All staff I came into contact with were helpful & courteous. Only one lift of two was working , and the one needed for wheelchairs / large luggage etc . Was the one not working! And other one was very crammed . . You had to request room make up when needed - which I found a little inconvenient - Tv didn’t work as the WiFi was not good - but I didn’t complain or try to get it fixed as it wasn’t a priority for me - Dining area and bar area etc . Spotlessly clean , bar staff very friendly and efficient , nice atmosphere - outside of the building is in need of repair and uplift - overall satisfied for what I wanted and needed - Very close to great selection of restaurants ,,and not far from Rail and Bus connections - my Room was fine , and the staff made up for anything lacking .
