Excellent 4 night stay
Room sizw was more than adequate for the 2 of us although bathroom was quite narrow but with a superb walk in shower(which i asked for).Breakfast very good,well cooked and plenty of it,only thing would maybe be an automatic drinks machine.View wasnt good as we were at the back but no complaint at all.Location is superb on the seafront with buses around 100 yards away to Hastings--Train station 10-15 mins
Some statins on the carpet which we mentioned to the from desk on leaving--we didnt cause them,otherwise nothing.

Lovely hotel unfortunately a bit outdated now needs a lot of decorating and windows in our room were really dirty inside and out.

A wonderful stay at a wonderful place.
The staff were super friendly and being in a wheelchair, I found them so helpful and accommodating. The room was lovely. Shower was great. The breakfast choices were plentiful. All in all a great visit.
The wheelchair access to the building is a little run down and difficult to manoeuvre, but the staff were ready to help.

Lovely relaxing short break
Breakfast and evening dinner was excellent.
Friendly and efficient staff.
Our third time at the Burlington & it never disappoints. Some parts of the hotel are a little tired & need some tlc but no real complaints. There was a lot of noise outside hotel due to town refurbishment but nothing can be done about that.

Unique, historic and lovely
I had a lovely stay here. There was a discount through the site as it was a weekday and I had an amazing room with a comfy bed and sea view. The bar is nice and there was a female singer. The hotel has interesting features so you feel like you are stepping back in time. It’s unique. Friendly staff. I’ve stayed a few times now.

Great location for what I needed 5 minutes walk to the tennis club witch was ideal for me
Very grand hotel staff helpful great view
All way through the hotel need updating walls in my room add stains on them the carpet was well shocking looked mucky and full of stains and what looked like cig burns

Staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. It was nice having the bar downstairs and great that it was dog friendly.
The bath in the room could have been cleaner. And there could have been things like complimentary bath soaps and hand wash.
