I was fortunate enough to join a yoga retreat in Egypt, where Eva was one of the teachers and what a gift that was.
Having practised yoga for many years, I can honestly say that Eva is a truly exceptional and deeply empathetic teacher. Her mesmerising voice creates an immediate sense of calm, and after every session I felt held, grounded, and gently guided back to myself.
Thank you, Eva, for sharing such a beautiful week in Egypt. I’m looking forward to joining one of your classes in Eastbourne, and I look forward to our paths crossing again.

Laura and Mina were brilliant in the free social media training they provided as part of Edeal. I have a basic understanding of using social media platforms and canva but an inbuilt hatred of social media and they helped me to find ways to play to my strengths and to allow me to work smarter, not harder, using tips and strategies that I had not been aware of or not fully understood. I would highly recommend this 2 hour session to anyone who is not confident with social media, hates it but realises they have to use it, or just wants to know whether there is anything they're missing. You don't know what you don't know and this session helped me to fill some gaps in my knowledge and understanding. Thanks ladies and thanks Edeal!

I had a great stay at this hotel, and a good night's sleep.
I found the staff to be very helpful which is always important. My full English breakfast came quickly when I ordered. Really enjoyed my stay as intertainment, was laid on that evening too.

Christian was recommended to me by my usual electrician, who was on holiday at the time,I'm so glad I managed to contact him, I found him very easy to speak to and although very busy he arranged to visit us the very next day, phoning us when he was 1/2 hour away.
After quickly diagnosing the fault, he said that one of the RCD's in the consumer unit had failed, he then went to a local supplier and obtained a replacement which was duly fitted, after testing the circuit again, the job was done, everything was now working, he emailed me his invoice the same evening (which was very reasonable).
I thoroughly recommend Christine and Tobin Electrical Contractors,
Thank you Christian for getting our power back on, it was good to meet you.
Graham.
