Condition of room and hotel
On top of the beach , bar in the hotel which we used both nights , breakfast was really nice also was hot and you help yourself , bed was comfy , staff were friendly
Bathroom had thick dirt and dust on top of the skirting all the way round , remote control was filty dirty , bedroom was really hot only a fan which didn't cool the room down , no extractor fan in the bathroom , window was dirty , carpet was full of stains and paint peeling off the wood work walls were stained , settees in communal area were all ripped , shelf in the bathroom was unusable as very small and toiletry fell off

Lovely time
Room was cheap for one night , only basic but comfortable , staff very helpful got there early park in hotel car park tickets £6.00 for all day until 3 pm next day which was great as we got there early and left late next day but checked out 10.00 am just cross roads to beach town centre very close , weather was lovely so stay was great 😊

Brilliant stay , doing a bit of shopping then off to the Bandstand
We love everything about the Burlington, always a warm welcome from Sarah and her team , love the central location the convenient parking the lovely rooms , and the entertainment all fantastic , Thank you The Burlington once again

Pleasant.
Location was very good, on seafront and close to shops. I only booked a room with no meals so cannot comment. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was a little old fashioned (room keys, lifts) but not a problem.
Nothing to complain about.
