The room we initially booked was poor! Not clean and facilities were dilapidated, but we were given a free upgrade to a much better one.
Breakfast was ok.

Nice hotel, reasonably priced,
A good selection for breakfast, nice size and clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, this was my third visit to the Burlington,it's in a very good location, plenty of bars, restaurants, and very near the town centre, the hotel itself could do with a bit of TLC, but it's still a very nice hotel we will be going back.

Enjoyable 2 night break, enjoyed exploring Eastbourne in the sunshine.
Great location, over the road to the pier, close to many eateries & beach.
The building is full of character and very charming but sadly in much need of tlc & cleanliness & maintenance needs to be addressed.

A good family weekend
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the location was brilliant.
the bathroom was very small, everything is a bit dated but quaint. There is no disabled WC in the public areas which is really not acceptable these days. the public ladies WC was in the basement.
