great location
good communication prior to arrival, great location and parking was easy. Very welcoming staff, luggage kept in locked room until room was ready. room clean and tidy a bit dated but its what to be expected of an old building.
Breakfast was a bit substantial no mushrooms and not much vegetarian choice. coffee wasn't great either

Stayed previously in a sea view room, better facilities etc this time- standard double room

Relaxed and enjoyable .
The staff were all so nice and helpful and went above and beyond to make guests happy .
We had half board included and the food was delicious .

My room was right next to the lift and so was very noisy with everyone coming up and down.
