It was okay
People were lovely
Couldn’t use the bathroom as there was no water pressure, and they are saying that they do have car park but the car park was full and I had to leave the car away.

The location is excellent, the staff were all great as always especially sarah on reception who deserves a big shout out.
The whole hotel could do with some updating, squeaky floorboards everywhere, only 1 lift working which is also very small which means a lot of waiting, that said hotel is still very good value for money.

front exterior very shabby, with weeds and plants growing from frontage. A days work could make it look so much nicer. I was tempted to do it myself

The room was a bit worm as it's a hot summer. The fan provided was too small for the room and was less powerful.
The room was big and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend. Thank you to Gaby Hardwicke for their professionalism, legal advice and knowledge, transparency, and being my legal representative. I had a very difficult probate matter to deal with over the last two years. These things can seem like a legal minefield. Im very grateful to Jessie and her team for their support and understanding as the situation progressed, and for getting a difficult probate matter resolved through a negotiated settlement between all parties. There were also some associated issues, and Im extremely grateful these matters were resolved too. The team were professional in their responses and service but, unfortunately, the other parties involved were not the same which created delays in getting matters resolved. Given the situation Im not sure how I would have got these resolved otherwise. Its really such a relief to now have this legal matter over.
