Hotel looking very tired. Rooms need a refurb. Fed up of being put in the worst rooms when using booking.com.
It was welcoming. Very Christmassy inside. Evening singer on both nights was brilliant
Meal on first night was cold and took 2 hours to be served. Staff were doing their best but obviously overbooked

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the Burlington and would come again.
The breakfast was excellent and a nice view. Unfortunately the outside had building works going on but it was no big deal. As I mentioned above the staff were very helpful.
Again the outside was off-putting but on the good side the lounge was great

Very good staff food was lovely room was very clean , hotel was very close to the high street and beach
Lift was out of use but the part is on order and will be repaired soon ,people were struggling with their luggage but no help was offered

The diamond of Eastbourne
We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were fantastic and helpful. The room was very big, with absolutely beautiful views to the sea. The bed was comfortable and the coffee machine was a lovely touch. We didn’t like Eastbourne but the hotel was absolutely worth going too.

Size of superior room was very good.
Staff were lovely and responsive to requests
Choice at breakfast was very good Superior room needed TLC and additional amenities to make it match its title, a sofa would fit in too
Overall needs painting, windows cleaned and new carpets
