Andy and Tim arrived on time and took only 2 hours to carry out the work. They were extremely tidy and left everything clean. They are extremely polite and courteous. It was a pleasure to do business with this small family firm, and I will gladly recommend them to my friends.

Kept informed promptly when they were due to turn up, got on with work and all the guys involved were polite and friendly, and seemed to take pride in doing work to good standard. Removed all waste material at the end of work. Smooth process throughout job, from quote to completion.

The work was done to a very professional manner. The Swain brothers, Andy and Tim, also arranged a plumber to remove and replace a new radiator and also a builder to add steps outside. All in all a good team to work with and felt confident at every stage. The quote was reasonable too which was a bonus. I would thoroughly recommend them and would be very happy to contact them again if I needed anymore work.

Andy and Tim, and there apprentice arrived spot on time to carry out the installation. There work was fast and efficient and they removed all the old frames and left the area spotless. They are very polite and courteous, and I have no hesitation in recommending them. This is the second job they have done for me, and I am pleased with both of them.
