Amazing staff
The staff were amazing. As soon as I complained to the receptionist about my night in room I was immediately given a beautiful room nearer to lifts etc. So they componsated me to an upgrade. Can't thank all staff enough.
The room I was booked into had very very dirty widow. Pigeon poo everywhere even on inside cill. Dirty windows and most depressing view. Bad smell from a kitchen coming through to room.

The location was excellent for us. The staff were helpful when we needed help.
There was no atmosphere in the dining room in the evening, some piped music would have been nice. The floorboards in the room, all creaked. We had to buy extra pillows as I needed 2 to sleep properly and using the 2 in the hotel just wasn't possible as they were too hard, needed a softer one.

Fabulous Beach Front Hotel.
Excellent location, polite staff, helpful and friendly , good food. I would recommend a room with a sea view.

Cheap night great breakfast
It was nice having a sea view. Breakfast was good
The room wasn’t cleaned properly. Cob webs in every corner of the room with a couple of spiders
