Absolutely love the staff, proper friendly and will always be my choice to stay in Eastbourne
Slap bang where you want it to be. Right next to the pier and main shops LITERALLY one corner away

I like the atmosphere in the Burlington. Staff are lovely. The price is reasonable. The bedrooms are no frills but mostly very comfortable and clean.
I found the bathroom in room 130 a bit difficult. It's so narrow moving around was not easy. However, not so bad as to be unusable. More like a bit inconvenient.
The curtains in the bedroom need to be looked at. I could not close them.

pleasant but not what I expected
our room was fresh and bright with what looked like a new bathroom, the bed was comfortable, breakfast plentiful and tasty, lots of choice, with staff removing empty plates as they were finished with.
guests smoking at the hotel entrance, lift was far to small and old I wouldn't trust it so we walked up to the second floor.
