Lovely hosts, but no breakfasts available. There's a lift in the building as we were on the 3rd floor. Basic hotel with a large lounge area and TV.

Enjoyed 5 nights at this hotel. One small downside about the single rooms, the beds are way too small with unstable bases, causing some difficulty in sleeping. The upside were the staff. Always cheerful and willing to help. Dinner, Bed and Breakfast at £86.60 each day is a very good deal in Eastbourne. I look forward to my visit next year.

Nice typical British pub. There are separate areas for different purposes. Range of beers. We had roasted beef, it didn't satisfy our expectations but still it's okay. Price is slightly above average. Booking in advance recommended.
