Alot of the rooms I have stayed in could do with new shower heads/pipes in the baths as a few different rooms I have stayed in have substantial leaks from this which, apart from reducing pressure could cause problems of seepage in the rooms below.... Room 336 and 200 come to mind

Staff were friendly and helpful, even when I needed to be let in after midnight when front doors were locked. Room and bathroom were pretty spacious, and for the price I paid, it was great value.
A little dated in places. And my room was in far end of the hotel so had a bit of noise as it was near to the road

Very nice stay again.Lovely room with sea view. Nice staff.
It’s the second time we visited. This time we had a quiet big room with a bit of a sea view. The beds were very comfy. The breakfast was good. They offer an English breakfast. The beach is just across the street and loads of shops and bars are in reach.We will be coming again.

It was on sea front . Close to the pier. Staff were friendly . We were able to check in early which was a bonus . Had a problem with electric which was sorted immediately which was amazing.
The walls and floors are quiet thin . But this is due to building being older. But overall no complaints

We were perfectly happy with the staff, location, accommodation, and entertainment.
The bed / mattress was really uncomfortable and given both of us a bad back ache. But apart from that, everything was perfect.
