Barbara and I visited the shop this morning with a view to buying a present. We were greeted by Sunny who was most welcoming and helpful in her first week in the store; we were also blessed with Alex's experience and knowledge of the business in divining and devising a solution to our search.
The upshot was that we got a beautiful pearl pendant and swapped the chain it was on show with for another which we both adored. And the item was then beautifully gift-wrapped.
The service we received was faultless and could not have been bettered. It was an absolute delight to be treated with old-fashioned family business values where both parties to the transaction feel absolutely satisfied.
This is most certainly the first port of call for all future jewellery purchases.
