I have been going to the hotel for years sadly it has gone downhill entertaining and food guality
Location very good
Poor breakfast no fried eggs no mushrooms mushy tin tomato s instead of grilled. Vegetables overcooked frozen at evening meal

A hotel way past its best.
Location is great and parking is £6 per 24 hours.
Rooms were really hot which meant it was hard to sleep so we had to use the fan which was loud to sleep with. No win situation.

In need of some restoration, but ok for a short stay
Great location, lovely sea view overlooking the pier
Breakfast was excellent. Good quality, plenty of choice, and the staff were very friendly, Room was dated. We stayed in a family room with the single bed being situated in a separate room which our young son found unsettling as the room was noisy.
One window was quite broken with blocks of wood on the outside holding the frame in place. It was cold and at night as this was letting in a terrible draft.
No heating working in the room.
Wardrobe door was broken.
Bathroom was dirty around the shower and carpets needed a good hoover.

Excellent value for money. Great breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff. Left- luggage facility very useful on check-out day.
Room was a little tired but still clean. Loose windows rattled on a windy night.
