Epilepsy Sussex have been a big help to myself and daughter. She was 9 when she started her epilepsy adventure.
Yes the Dr and nursing teams help but they don't speak mummy language all the time.
Many times I've messaged the ES team and they've explained things to me. I've ranted, I've raved and I've cried, I've never felt silly or a pain to them. No question is silly and no answer is obvious.
