Fantastic family holiday. exceptional hotel and staff
The hotel is exceptionally clean in all public areas, the room was more than adequate for the cost. WiFi in rooms without an extra charge. The bathroom was newly renovated with modern fixtures the bath was a lovely size usually hotels have tiny baths. It’s was so warm and cosy even though it had the old fashioned windows. The staff were outstanding so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. I think the cost of my stay should have been more. I shall definitely be back during the summer holidays. Thankyou
I can only find one thing that is only a slight negative. The old fashioned lift was a little scary and juddery.

Great location on the seafront and close to town centre.
Excellent accommodation for an extremely low off season price.
A minor issue with the toilet in the en-suite was sorted immediately by the very responsive manager and night maintenance man. View of fire escape stairs was not great and the pigeons calling as soon as the dawn broke. Would potentially upgrade our room to a sea view next time.
