Amazing hotel in an amazing location for amazing value.
Lovely communal areas good interior design. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Staff friendly and helpful. Clearly had an up grade on my room as it was huge and had a sea view which I didn’t ask for or pay for. Can’t rate this hotel more highly.

Great location but needs updating
Location is perfectly placed to explore Eastbourne
The rooms need additional work to improve them, first room was not great but reception quickly moved to another room. Breakfast was basic and limited choice
