We made changes to the drawings several times and the overall design, and Monika was always happy to assist. Monika (Building Plan Design Ltd) has been brilliant. She took the application from start through to completion, which was one of the things we stipulated and needed. We had little to do to assist as Monika knew exactly what was required. There was a single home visit, a few phone calls and then the documents granting the planning. The process progressed seamlessly and the planning application was successful on first application. Monika is very approachable and professional. I would use her services again without hesitation.

I retained Monika’s services to do a plan of my home and to chaperone the planning process through to its approval. Very professional and flexible (I changed my mind about one of my spaces), she kept me apprised throughout and will hopefully be guiding me through the first of many projects to upgrade my home. Would not hesitate to recommend her and I look forward to working with her again.
