Staff were lovely and welcoming. Location was excellent - right opposite Eastbourne Pier and very close to brilliant local restaurants.
I visited during a heatwave and was very hot, but not a lot you can do about that!

Will service
Natasha gave good professional advice and offered solutions to the issues l had around Executors.
Produced the final document in the timescale required, which was probably a bit quicker than would normally be anticipated.

Low-key. I am sure that this building was once a fabulous hotel, but it definitely needs updating
The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly the bar staff!
The whole place seems tired and could do with redecoration and updating. During such hot weather it was disappointing not to have air con in the room.

Good location for the tennis.
Great location for the tennis which we were going to.
Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was tight, narrow and showroom screen not great leading to lots of water on the bathroom floor.
Curtains were not great but and did not blackout.

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Excellent location.
Decor is a bit tired and in the heatwave the room was hot ... though a fan was provided which helped.
