First, Monika listened very carefully to my ideas of what I was aiming for, and then worked meticulously to draw up plans for both the existing and future layout of the house. Because the house is old, with lots of uneven walls and odd angles, the measurements of the existing layout needed to be checked twice before Monika was satisfied with the plans, and she made a second site visit to do so, all included within the agreed fee. She also conducted all the negotiations with the planning authorities, which took several months, before eventually securing the permissions I need to proceed.

Monika provided me with architecture drawings for my single storey rear extension. Monika kept me up to date with the progress and was always on hand to answer any questions I had regarding my application. The drawings were very professional and detailed exactly how my proposed extension would look. Overall I am happy with the service Monika provided me with, and also the cost was very competitive. Monika is a very conscientious architect who provided a very good level of service, accurate plans and building regulations drawings which were approved and passed by building control with very few changes. Any additional works carried out by Monika was done swiftly with no impact to the overall project start date which was critical to the scheme. I would recommend her services.
