Located in the heart of the South Downs National Park, this iconic destination is known for its stunning white cliffs, peaceful pebble beach, and picturesque walking routes. Seven Sisters Country Park is a favourite among locals and visitors, offering a mix of relaxing walks and more challenging hikes, all with breathtaking views. With well-maintained paths, ample parking, and convenient facilities, it’s an ideal spot for a day out.
We stopped off at the National Trust site as we have membership while in the area. Nothing particularly special, they are just cliffs but at least there was a cafe and the national trust building had a room with videos playing explaining about the erosion of the cliffs and how some houses had fallen into the sea. There are some steps down to the beach which has lots of chalk lumps that you can use to write on rocks with.

Discover The Yoga Life Studio in central Eastbourne. Located in The Stables in South Street the studio offers a variety of Yoga Classes for all abilities.
I recently facilitated a Moonwater Planet Meditative Movement Sound Bath here with my colleague Kjersti from Here Now Mindfulness and the studio space was truly magical. Visit the Crown and Anchor, Eastbourne’s premier seaside Pub offering delicious home cooked meals and live music events. There is also a large function room for hire for all occasions.
Always pop in here when we're in Eastbourne. Bit disappointed this time, November '25, as local beer (Harvey's) not really up to scratch, much better at the Victoria down the road.
Also, most of the tables had reserved notices in them, so felt rushed despite the pub being half empty.
