Unfortunately, a really disappointing experience. I took my laptop in to have a damaged hinge repaired. After a day and £60, the attempt to glue the hinge back together actually left the laptop in a worse condition than when I brought it in. I returned with it and was told the casing would need to be replaced. After waiting another two weeks, I was told he had been unable to source the necessary parts. I went online myself and found the correct parts within half an hour. Communication throughout was also very poor — I received no phone calls or emails keeping me updated. He seems like a nice enough person, but based on my experience I simply couldn't recommend him for anything beyond very straightforward repairs. Ironically, the one thing he was particularly enthusiastic about was asking me to leave him a review. Well, here it is.
