Very disappointed to say the least. Canton sent and email saying you have a week to pay for grading as they are changing there system. We was told on Friday that Florence would be grading and at class the new instructor said we could pay on our next class which is Wednesday. The very next day (Saturday) we got a txt message saying all payment must be paid to day or you’re child will not grade. I then asked the person who txt, when was the grading list out, replied on Wednesday. Well Florence had a school trip and couldn’t attend. So we only found out Friday. And as they email and txt all the time why didn’t they email the grading list out or txt to say you are grading. Any way, if the list was only put out on Wednesday why do you only have until Saturday to pay, when email states you have a week to pay. And the replies from the instructors were absolutely appalling. Own up and say the company made a mistake, we have given the wrong information out on numerous occasions. They are a company that are apparently teaching my child morals manors etc etc. they can’t even own up when they made mistakes or apologise. Totally disgusted to say the least. We spend about £1000 a year at this company and all paid up front. Well that won’t be happening any more.
