Hello, I just wanted to take a few minutes out to pop you an e-mail to say how impressed i've been with the service from Haulaway. We ordered a skip from another local firm to start with; cutting a long story short they (rudely) refused to put it where we needed it as they weren't convinced it wasn't council land (even with the deeds). I phoned Haulaway around 9.30am asking if you had any skips available and was told yes and that I could have it the next day. I explained what had happened, and that the builders were ready to start, and the very kind lady said you were extremely busy but would do her best to get a skip to us by the afternoon. An hour later and it was with us. Not just that, but the skip was full by yesterday afternoon (builder underestimated). I phoned to ask for another, and asked if anything could be done with the price as we'd need another 3yd, and the lady very generously let me have both 3yd skips for the price one 6yd would have been. Every penny counts right now, so i'm extrememly grateful. The full skip was taken early this monring and the new one left in it's place. People often write e-mails/reviews for the bad stuff nowadays, and not so often the good, so I wanted to let you know how impressed i've been and say 'thank you'. What a great company.
