Everyone is always SO friendly and helpful. I made a number of visits in 2015, and one was to have gold from an old ring of my dad's incorporated into a ring for my son's 21st - it was amazing, and just what I had requested. I always request a gift card from Chatfields for Christmas, and will be making a visit shortly for more goodies. Highly recommended and certainly a must visit. Keep up the good work James, Alex and all the staff.
I love Chatfields! Staff are so friendly, and go out of their way to help you if you have problems on deciding what to purchase. The range of jewellery is amazing, and coming away without a "Wish List" is impossible. I always head for Chatfields if I need a present for friends or family. My next visit will to be to look at having a ring made to my specifications - I cannot wait. If you have not made a visit, I recommend you do. 5* all the way.
