Families for Autism is a small, local Eastbourne charity founded and run by families with a connection to autism. Our aim is to support children and young people on the Autistic Spectrum and their families.
We run Saturday clubs for children and young people on the Autistic Spectrum, with many activities such as cookery, art & craft, sensory and soft play. These groups provide respite for families and help develop children’s social skills and life skills.
We also run support groups for families affected by autism, giving the opportunity for parents and other family members to talk to each other, discuss problems and share experiences.
