Age UK East Sussex - Supporting Older People Across the County
We are independent, locally focused and led by the needs of those in later life. Our aim is to promote independence, choice, and control for people in later life; challenging age discrimination, poverty, social isolation, and encouraging healthier lifestyles. Our main charitable services are, Information and Advice, Be-friending, Home Support, Post-hospital discharge support, Social Prescriber Service and Veteran Support. Our vision is that East Sussex is a great place to grow older, and we support nearly 18,000 older people every year.
