Boxercise combines boxing and exercise in a fun, stress-busting workout. Incorporating a variety of equipment and exercises to ensure you work hard and thoroughly enjoy the sessions!

Classes are based on circuit-stations incorporating boxing and exercises such as press-ups, lunges, sit-ups and burpees in 2-minute ‘rounds’ to motivating music. In addition to the circuit stations there are pair and group activities where you are able to practice different punching combinations. Why not give a class a try? You will leave feeling invigorated, energized and with a sense of satisfaction knowing you have worked hard too!

Boxercise is suitable for all fitness levels, each and every individual works to their own capacity – you do as much as you can do. The 8 Boxercise punches are taught and ‘revised’ each session, so it doesn’t matter if you have never done a class before. You are taught safety points and coached through punching technique prior to using the gloves and pads in class, this is to ensure you are confident executing the punches.

There is a brief pre-exercise questionnaire to complete prior to your first class. We can discuss any medical issues and alternative exercises / adaptations can be provided where necessary / requested. There is an option to purchase hand wraps – these are encouraged to protect your hands and support your wrists.

Boxercise is suitable for men and women – it’s an exercise class with a difference. You will learn new technique, work hard and have fun! The games and activities are challenging, but I will be there to encourage and motivate you to complete that final press-up!
