Ah, I'm sorry to say, I'm not a fan. I've given this place a couple of goes now, and it's not for me.<br><br>I've found my noodles to be undercooked, or the meals sloppy and stodgy. When I've asked for something quite specific for my fussy eater of a child, it's not been right, and that's disappointing. In this case, plain rice was placed in a bowl of sweet soy sauce, when I've asked for just boiled rice. Saying that, others who I know, haven't had this problem. It has been busy on the occasions I have visited. My parents love it here.<br><br>I will say that the anime style decor is ace, and the prices cheap, the food just is not to my taste. If it helps for comparison, I'm a big fan of pompoko in Brighton, and Eastbourne's Thai Elephant.

Went to the noodle bar for lunch as a group of 3. The place was busy but that didn't slow up the food order or arrival.
We ordered 3 noodle dishes each and 1 can of drink each and the bill came to £24. I've paid double that for a Thai meal for 2 people elsewhere in Eastbourne.
I left the restaurant very satisfied and will be visiting again very soon!

I love Yummy Noodle restaurant and I’ve been a customer for 19 years, during which time everything has been consistently great. The food is tasty, healthy, quick and affordable. The atmosphere is friendly and professional and all the staff are lovely and welcoming. I love K Toy’s warm welcomes and great food. This restaurant is the best place in Eastbourne to enjoy freshly prepared authentic Thai food.

From the reviews here, we must have caught them on an off day.<br>My girlfriend had chow mein which was good. I had sweet and sour chicken with rice, which tasted like an Uncle Ben's microwave meal. It was horrible.<br><br>My girlfriend ordered green tea and the server went into a long thing, repeatedly telling her that green tea isn't the kind that you put milk and sugar into, talking over her as she tried to say that green tea was definitely what she wanted.<br><br>Time to pay, they said cash only. I said no problem and as I was paying with cash I asked if they had a sign out front to warn that it's cash only. The server ignored me, staring down at the surface of the counter as I asked again, and when I asked a third time she said "we had a machine but it's broken."<br><br>It's cheap, and maybe I just had bad luck with a bad dish, and maybe the server was just in a terrible mood, but it was a pretty rotten experience overall.<br><br>I don't want to give them too low a star rating because I don't want to mess with anybody's livelihood, so I'm giving them a 3.

Visited the Yummy Noodle bar for lunch as it was close to the railway station and had easy parking. We had not been before but there was plenty of choice on the menu so we each had something different. The food was served quickly and was tasty, hot and reasonably priced. Mum was not so keen on her dish but my son, grandson and I would go back again. We did not realize it was Cash Only which is a bit limiting, especially if you want to order a big meal with friends but otherwise makes a nice change and the staff were very quick and attentive. The main front entrance is not step free and the accesible entry from the inside of the Enterprise Centre is right at the other end of the building so quite a walk for anyone with mobility problems and wheelchair users.

Fantastic food and really friendly staff, it's well worth a visit. Cooked fresh to your order - you can even sit at the bar and watch if you want. It's good to know it's cash only before you go but a cash point is just next to the station (1 minute walk from Yummi). Been to Yummies many times! 🍜

A lovely place with swift professional service by all the well trained staff. The food is very nice and piping hot. A good selection of hot and cold drinks are available. Prices are reasonable, just remember it is CASH only...
