I'm starting to think I preferred Kent Savers. I was able to get a loan with Kent Savers when I wasn't even working. I have more disposable income and even savings than I did before and was told that the assessment was that I was unable to afford a £600 loan for 6 months to fund a training course. I have that multiplied plus some in my banking/savings account with multiple sources of income but just was trying to reserve my cash flow as I have been investing in my software business and it’s so close to Christmas. I'm also starting to think that it was denied because they weren't able to make much off of the loan. However, I will pay the cash for the course.
I'm not upset but just found the email to be very generic and impersonal saying it was in the interest of their members and my affordability was an issue on a £600 loan and that they couldn't even offer me less based on my circumstances. 😂
As a member, I will also look out for my own interest and put my funds where it better serves my needs and business. I wish them the best of luck too.

I have know wave when they were using the name Kentsavers. They are very Efficient and very helpful. Despite that I applied for a bigger loan for my father's surgery, but because of my outgoings they were unable to offer me the amount for fear of repayment but they did something VERY REMARKABLE, they offered me a lower amount just to make sure they helped in saving my father's life. That act is very REMARKABLE and I will forever remain grateful to @WAVE COMMUNITY BANK and I Highly Recommend them for everyone..👍

I was originally approved for a loan last summer but I had an issue sorting bank details for my Child benefit with HMRC, so the offer was withdrawn. I reapplied in December and managed to get Child Benefit payments sorted and the loan was automatically offered and paid out today. Thank you for your patience and understanding, would recommend to those in need. You automatically save money too which you can withdraw when the loan is repaid - bonus!! :)
