Since starting with Walfinch, the difference in my wellbeing has been incredible. I can actually see the shape of my legs again — and even my toes! That alone shows how much progress has been made with the right level of care and support.
The support I receive fully meets my needs, and I feel very satisfied with every visit. Everything is always completed properly and nothing is ever missed. My carer is efficient, knowledgeable, and consistently arrives on time. They are respectful, protect my dignity at all times, and truly care about doing a thorough job.
This is the type of carer I had hoped for — unlike my previous care company, who often felt like they were just here to complete tasks and leave.

I contacted Poojita to start providing care for my elderly father. Poojita and team have been coming a month now and my parents are very happy. Professional, friendly and genuinely caring - would really recommend to anyone looking for support.
