Unfortunately the item didn't fit, I ended up paying £5 in total to receive and return the item. When I asked customer service if they had received my return they told me that during busier times it took longer to process returns (which is fine), they should have given an indication of this on the returns email where it says 2-3 days... rather than telling me that it does say that on the website but it doesn't indicate when the busier times are just "Black Friday" and "Christmas".
Overall I paid £5 for an item I didn't want and had an email conversation that wasn't necessary when a simple indication was requested.
I'll stick to high street shops from now on and avoid purchasing from this company again but if you know what you want and the fit of that item then I'm sure you won't have the issue I have had.

Ordered a pair of trainers and the delivery went missing. Urban Industry listened to my problem and dealt with the issue quickly. They liaised with Royal Mail and ultimately were not able to track down the order. I received my refund very quickly and the matter was resolved in a couple of days.
I never received the product in the end but i would definitely shop with UI again because their customer service is great.
