Ordered on 15/1/23 and indicated it will arrive on 23/1/23 by DHL and it’s arrived on Sunday (yes Sunday) 22/1/23 and I choose to pick up at DHL partnered Empire Milk Bar at Footscray! From Eastbourne UK to Melbourne in a week! It took 3 weeks for my Footlocker shoes to arrive by Australia Post from Sydney to Melbourne! Happy with its products and still way cheaper than Carthartt store.

Very impressed with these guys, customer service from Amy was brilliant, with advice and help choosing an item (Danner 2650's, which also get top marks) and then even adding extra laces as I wasn't certain about the colour that came with the shoes I picked.
I then had to swap as the size was a little too large. Their free returns/exchange system is THE best I've ever come across. I had my exchanged item the very next day before I'd had a change to return the original pair.
Top marks, if I could give 6 stars I would.

I couldn’t find these jeans anywhere else so I was delighted when I came across Urban Industry’s website and found they had them in stock. As with any online ship I haven’t used before I was a bit dubious but I needn’t have worried. The ordering and checkout were both straight forward and the items arrived a few days later as stated, even when the post system was a bit all over the place after strike action.
I had a great experience and would definitely use Urban Industry again and recommend them to others.
