I was recommended urban industry by a friend of mine who had browsed the website but had never purchased. The actual products sold are exactly what I was looking for - high quality and exclusive. In terms of delivery and communication, I think urban industry would rival any internet retailer - everything I have ordered has been immaculately packed and delivered inside of 24hrs with clear order tracking emailed and sms'd. Even if I didn't love the products - I would still rate urban industry as a true market leader in online retailing.

Bought two t-shirts at a reasonable price, always a bit iffy buying clothes on internet, one is great fits really well not so keen on the other but it's only for the beach, I might grow to like it? What is great is the very fast free shipping service, especially at this time of year! Thanks Urby!!!

I ask the lady how the shoes come up on size as i am a size 7 and only 7.5 was available. The lady said they come up quite small was a bit worried as these was a Christmas present and knew if was to big would not a refund before Chrstmas, but the lady was sopt on fit like a dream so well pleased.

You had the item i wanted in stock which got the order off to a good start. I had to resist buying more things. Payment was easy because it was via paypal so i didn't have to mess around with putting card details in. The order was shipped for free and arrived in very good time. The website is second to none. I always recommend it friends and colleagues.
The only downside I have is if you need to order a few sizes of items, as you're not sure of fit - you can return them using a returns service, but they're not covered if the item goes missing. I recently returned a few items from an order - 2 pairs of trainers, a shirt and 2 t-shirts. They were worth £285. The only way of sending them back to cover for this, was special delivery.....at a cost of £22.80. I used the returns service at £2.99.
I understand that as a business you don't want to be paying a contract value that is high for returns.....but there is no legal requirement ensuring I return them at my cost. If you offere web sales, it would be good to include a returns service that compensates both parties. I'm aware that everyone won't want to do this, but I would prefer to pay for a compensated returns service for orders over a certain amount.
Apart from that, the site is great, and employees were really helpful when I rang and asked a few questions.
