Very happy with the service I received when purchasing the Air Jordan 11 "concord". The transaction was very smooth unlike other high traffic websites, and VERY FAST SHIPPING. I received my shoes in 3-4 days ALL THE WAY IN THE USA.

Amazing customer service. I bought the Jordan 11 Concords through pre-orders and everything went smoothly. I got an instant email confirming my order with all the necessary details. They sent the shipping information and tracking number as soon as they sent the package out on schedule, leaving me feeling confident about the purchase. The shipping method they also used was very fast from the UK to Canada considering it was the Christmas holidays. It was very hard finding the Concords but Urban Industry made my experience a pleasant one and they sold them for retail unlike other sites who charged their customers an extra100-200 dollars. The next major Jordan Brand release I will definitely be checking out the site first.

Urban industry retains it's local boutique store feel whilst being an international street wear retailer. If you live locally, the ability to visit the store is good, but you get the same sense of friendliness and helpfulness through interactions on social media and via email.
