I think the range of brands etc you have is excellent and I like the things that you have for sale.
My only gripe is that buying clothes on the web is difficult because you can't try them on. You can't understand the cut or sizing - e.g. Small in one brand may be like a Medium in another. This problem isn't restricted to Urban Industry, of course, and Urban Industry's returns policy is pretty good, except that I have to pay for returns.

Odered shoes at Urban Industry from Germany, payed through PayPal and I just can recommend it ! Shoes were delivered within 4 days. The only thing which could be better is that you should be able to choose shipping via DHL. (Distance to depots are much much smaller in comparison to DPD)

I was amazed that I was able to find the shoes I was lookin for in Europe, they pretty much are deadstock, hard to find. But here at UrbanIndustry I managed, and on sale time, so it was a good deal, shoes are great, doubleboxing while shipping much appreciated. Though shipping price is pretty steep. I live in Eastern Europe, country is a member of European Union, all major shipping companies are here (DPD,UPS,DHL,FedEx, you name it), but how come I had to pay 26pounds for shipping by road transport? Few other UK shop's uses DPD too, but charges only 9-13 pounds, shipping time and method is identical. Once bought online from Ireland, paid 15pounds, used UPS, but they shipped it by air, i got my shippment in 2-3days from making order, so yeah, I understand why I paid the money then. But now I am just left puzzled about the price, otherwise everything is superb. Sale saved me, because otherwise due to shipping price, I wouldnt have been able to order those shoes.
