Got an email from you guys asking for my opinion on your service and that, and thought yeah, might as well, because I really do think Urban Industry is a great store. Although I've never been to the physical store, and have only shopped online, I'm also Liking you guys on Facebook, and really feel like part of the Urban Industry community. I place a lot of orders on your site, and find the selection of brands, regularly updated inventory and quick delivery keep me coming back.
Needless to say, I'll be shopping with you guys for a long time. Might even pop down to the store at some point. One criticism I have is that you lack jewelry; timepieces and the like. Maybe you could stock some more? Such as Nixon. Also, I really think you guys could corner some of the market if you started selling some more Japanese brands. I've always found their sites a little bit daunting and untrustworthy. Would be good to have a UK based online shop for that sort of stuff.

I think the range of brands etc you have is excellent and I like the things that you have for sale.
My only gripe is that buying clothes on the web is difficult because you can't try them on. You can't understand the cut or sizing - e.g. Small in one brand may be like a Medium in another. This problem isn't restricted to Urban Industry, of course, and Urban Industry's returns policy is pretty good, except that I have to pay for returns.
